인력 잡부의 정의와 표준단가

1.잡부의 정의

인력에서 잡부라는 용어는 여러가지로 사용된다. 도움을 준다하여 조공이라고 부르고, 

일본말로는 데모토 우리말로 변화되어 데모도라 칭한다. 

기공보조라는 말도 사용하고 단순히 노가다꾼, 일용직이라고 말하기도 함



2. 잡부의 종류와 단가

건설현장에서 남들이 하기 싫은 청소나, 힘든 잡일을 하는 역할을 맡기 때문에 약간 힘들고 더럽다하여 부정적인 이미지가 포함되는 경우가 많은데 막노동을 하는 잡부의 최저단가는 얼마일까요?

일반적으로 2017년 기준 남자는 11~12만원, 여자는 10만원이다. 

 인테리어 조공의 경우 12만원 철거조공은 13만원 정도에 형성된다.


잡부의 단가는 현재 계속 오르고 있는 상황이며 요즘엔 12만원이 일반적인 가격대로 형성되고 있다. 

가격이 11만원이었는데 물가상승에 따른 인력단가의 상승으로 12만원에 많이 거래된다.

(오히려 소개로 가서 일하면 9~10만원 정도 받고일하는 경우도 있다 몇개월동안, 워낙 다양한 상황이 많아서)








3. 잡부의 일
잡부가 보통하는 일은 전문적인 일이 아니라 작업보조나 현장청소 위주로 작업을 한다. 가장 기본적인 것이 현장청소이며, 폐기물이나 자재정리 등의 작업도 많이한다.



가장 궁금한 것이 어떤 작업을 어떻게 시킬 때 얼마인가의 문제인데 단순 보조나 단순 청소일 때는 11만원이며, 일반적인 잡부의 경우 12만원이 기본이다. 그리고 자재정리는 13만원 철거조공도 13만원이 일반적이다.



4. 현장의 분쟁

특정 작업분야를 정해놓지 않고 현장에 투입되기 때문에 노무자와, 현장사이에 단가와 작업량에 대한 의견차이가 종종 발생

노무자 입장에서는 더 받아야 된다고 생각하고 사장님의 입장에서는 덜주어야 한다고 생각

노무자는 그런일은 할 수 없다하고, 사장님은 이정도는 해주어야 한다고 말한다. 

이것이 분쟁거리가 되어 현장에서 당일 파토가 나기도 한다고 한다.






5. 현장의 상황

아무리 분쟁이 발생한다 해도 노가다는 기분문제일 수 있도 있다.

근로자도 사장님도 서로의 기분을 조금만 헤아린다면 사장님은 작업현장의 평화를, 근로자는 노동의 즐거움을 찾을 수 있을 것이다.






6. 인력사무소의 역할

인사만 잘해도, 첫인상만 좋아도 일이 술술 풀려갈 수 있다. 삼일에서는 항상 출발할 때 근로자에게 인사를 잘하라고 신신당부
